The John F. Kennedy Presidential Library and Museum is the nation’s official memorial to John F. Kennedy, 35th President of the United States. Visitors are invited to step into the early 1960’s and experience the Kennedy White House via curated museum pieces and high definition, large-screen projections and interactive displays which bring to life the iconic moments of JFK’s presidency. Situated along the Boston Harbor, the Kennedy Library offers a breathtaking view of Boston skyline, framed by the visionary architectural design of I.M. Pei. The Kennedy Library is one of fifteen Presidential Libraries operated by the National Archives and Records Administration, and the only Presidential Library in New England. At Presidential Libraries, history lives beyond the pages of a textbook or the walls of a classroom, and the past becomes the present for all generations to experience.
Special Exhibit: Our current special exhibit, Service & Sacrifice: World War II — A Shared Experience, offers personal glimpses of a few of the many Americans who served, including members of the Kennedy family and the untold stories of historically marginalized communities, including women and people of color. The exhibit will run through January 8, 2025 and includes an optional downloadable audio tour narrated by the Director of the John F. Kennedy Presidential Library & Museum, Alan Price. The special exhibit is included in our regular admission price.

Gift Shop: The Museum Store offers a wide variety of gifts and memorabilia relating to John and Jacqueline Kennedy, as well as special exhibits currently on display.
Accessibility: The Museum is entirely accessible. Deaf, hard of hearing, blind, and/or visually impaired visitors may schedule guided assistance through the Museum with advanced reservation. Parking Info: Free motorcoach parking is available, with 8 bus parking spaces. We ask that all pick-up and drop-off of passengers occur in the bus lot.
Chaperone Policy: One chaperone per ten students
Performance Opportunities: Choirs can perform in our 115 foot tall glass Pavilion, overlooking Boston and the harbor. All performances must schedule a group visit and register with Group Visits as a performing group.
