For more than 100 years, Stone Zoo has delighted generations of visitors. This 26-acre site located just north of Boston is home to jaguars, snow leopards, black bears, monkeys, flamingos, Mexican gray wolves, river otters and many other fascinating animals from around the world. Visitors of all ages will enjoy engaging, memorable experiences while learning more about the wonders of the natural world.

Food: No matter the zoo, visitors can find delicious treats for the whole family at Franklin Park Zoo's indoor, southwestern-themed Giddy-Up Grill and Stone Zoo’s Safari Grill, both offering a selection of wraps, sandwiches, burgers, fries, and many other kid-friendly foods. Visitors also may bring their own food and enjoy one of our many picnic locations at both Franklin Park Zoo and Stone Zoo.
Gift Shop: Discover some wild finds at Franklin Park Zoo’s Things Wild Gift Shop and Stone Zoo’s Trading Post Gift Shop. Plush toys, games, apparel, and unique gifts and souvenirs for animal lovers of all ages are available year round.
Accessibility: Franklin Park Zoo and Stone Zoo are handicap accessible. Guests who rely on service dogs which are trained to perform specific tasks are welcome to bring them into the Zoo, provided the animals remain under the guest's control at all times. Guests are solely responsible for the care and control of their animals.
Parking Info: Motorcoach parking available at both Franklin Park Zoo and Stone Zoo.
Chaperone Policy: There must be one chaperone over the age of 19 for every ten people 18 years old and younger. There must be one chaperone for every five pre-school children. Chaperones must stay with their group at all times.
